育桜会会長（兼）理事長　松澤寛文　（MATSUZAWA HIROBUMI）

2008年入会、2010年理事、2013年副理事長兼事務局長、
2017年理事長、2022年理事長を退任し第3代会長に就任、
2024年会長兼務のまま理事長に復帰。
1948（昭和23）年3月長野県生まれ。1969年、日本大学
法学部在学中に初めて台湾を訪れて以来、台湾各界に知遇
を得る。1975年27才で起業し38年間にわたり社長として
会社経営に当たる。国立岩手大学生学士。

Chairman of Cherry Blossom Association

Mr. HIROBUMI MATSUZAWA

Born in Nagano Prefecture in 1948. Since his first visit to Taiwan in 1969, when he was a senior student at the Law Faculty of NIHON University, he had been under favors of many people in various social fields.

He set up a company at the age of 27 running businesses of traffic announcement and advertising agency and was taking offices as President for 38 years.

He became Director in 2010 and Vice President in 2013. In 2017, he was elected as the 5^th President, succeeding the 4^th President, Mr. TAKAHIRO MATSUMAE and served until May 2022.

育桜会創立貢献者　園田天光光

東京女子大学、早稲田大学を卒業後、１９４６年わが国初の女性衆議院議員の一人として当選し３期務める。１９４９年に園田直衆議院議員と結婚。育桜会の初代理事長、その後は名誉会長として当会発展に尽力され多大な貢献をされた。１９８９年勲三等宝冠章受章の他、ブルガリア、コロンビア、ペルー、ホンジュラス等からも度々国家勲章を受章した。第７回後藤新平賞を受賞。２０１５年１月逝去。叙正五位。

Ms. TENKOUKOU SONODA

(The first-generation President)

After graduating from TOKYO Women's Christian University and WASEDA University, she was elected, as one of the first female legislators in Japan, as a member of the House of Representatives in 1946 and served 3 terms. In 1949 she married Mr. SUNAO SONODA, a member of the House of Representatives.

She was the first President of the Cherry Blossom Association.

In 1989, she received the Order of the Precious Crown, Butterfly and other National Orders such as Bulgaria, Colombia, Peru and Honduras.

In 2013, she received the 7th GOTO SHINPEI Prize.

Deceased in January 2015.

松前孝廣（第2代理事長）

園田天光光初代理事長の後任として2007年第２代理事長に就任。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　2013年、理事長を退任し第2代会長に就任し後方支援に当たる。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　2016年会長兼務のまま第4代理事長、2018年理事長を退任し、
会長に専念する。
北海道旧松前藩主家。2022年12月13日逝去

Mr. TAKAHIRO MATSUMA
（Former Chairman Emeritus of Cherry Blossom Association)

Born in Tokyo 1931.

Former MATSUMAE Clan Feudal Lord, in Hokkaido

"Ambassador of Sakura” in MATSUMAE town.

In 2006, he became the second President succeeding the first President, Ms. TENKOUKOU SONODA and expanded Cherry Tree Planting in various places both in Japan and foreign countries.

In 2013 he became a Chairman. In 2016 he again became the fourth President being as Chairman.
Deceased in December 13, 2022.
